Description
The Super Resolution μSiM is a single-component microfluidic device inspired by the original μSiM design, but adapted to enable SIM. Components 1 and 2 are pre-laminated together, and the Component 2 channel is designed to be <100 μm from the cover glass to cells. The device does not have a COP optical layer and is rather designed to be stuck onto a cover glass for superior optical clarity.
